Piękny, niezwykle szczery pamiętnik, ukazujący pełną poświęcenia miłość ojca i jego nierozerwalną więź z dziećmi. Latem 1992 roku tuż po północy, Jeremy’ego i jego dwie córeczki obudził policjant, który przyniósł wiadomość o śmierci Lizzie, kochającej żony i mamy. Kobieta została zamordowana. Od tragicznego zdarzenia minęło dwadzieścia lat. Jeremy i jego córki są zupełnie innymi ludźmi, niż byliby, gdyby Lizzie nie straciła życia. Jeremy Howe opowiada wstrząsającą historię swojej rodziny szczerze i uczciwie.
